New clients booking an appointment are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $90 to secure the appointment. Your deposit of $90 will go towards the total balance of your service. This guarantees your spot and your service. You can reschedule your appointment with a 48 hour notice without losing your deposit.
Consultation is required for all hair extension services.
New clients are required to pay 50% of the service cost to secure an appointment.
Hair must be fully paid in advance. Hair arrives in 3-4 business days once full payment is received.
Steph Mayy Salon accepts Zelle, Debit/Credit, or cash.
Please no Venmo.
A 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or to reschedule. This allows other guests to have the best possible scheduling options.
Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 30% of the scheduled cost.
